Plot (May Contain Spoilers): Sterling, Cooper, Draper and Pryce find out the company is being sold again and leave to start a new advertising agency as partners, with the help of Joan, Peggy, Harry and Pete. Betty and Don begin to formalize a divorce; Betty kicks Don out of the house and leaves for Reno to commence a six week residency requirement with Henry Francis, the man who wants to marry her, while Carla stays at the Draper home to watch Bobby and Sally. It remains to be answered whether Betty would return to Ossining for Christmas. The episode takes place from December 12 until December 16, 1963.
